Builders Insurance Re-Elects Board Members
ATLANTA, February 13, 2008 â€“ Last week, Builders Insurance (A Mutual Captive Company) held its Annual Meeting for the Policyholders at Chateau Elan Winery & Resort in Braselton, Georgia. At the gathering, the Company's Policyholders re-elected John Christopher Bowles, G. Eugene Hill and Michael F. Ryan each to a three-year term on the Company's Board of Directors. In addition, the Policyholders also approved the Company's Bylaws.

Chris Bowles is president of Bowles Construction, Inc. and joined the Board in 1996. Chris was president of the Home Builders Association of Georgia (HBAG) in 1994, and inducted into the HBAG Hall of Fame in 2001. Gene Hill was elected to the Board in 2004. A resident of Florida, Gene owns two automobile dealerships and companies engaged in real estate development, insurance and finance. In addition to serving as a correspondent of Lloyd's of London, Gene has served on the Boards of twenty private and public businesses. Mike Ryan is president of Ryan Builders of Savannah and has served on the Board since 1992. Mike was elected Builder of the Year for the Savannah Home Builders in 1991 and was inducted into the Savannah Home Builders' Hall of Fame in 2000.
